According to TheSun, the name of the suspect arrested on suspicion of killing Anne Pham is Robert John Lanoue. Robert John Lanoue is currently 70 years old. But when he committed the heinous crime with the 5-year-old girl, he was 29 years old and was living on the beach. He was caught on 7 July 2022 with the help of DNA evidence. The 70-year-old was charged with first-degree murder after he was caught on July 7.
