Ronnie Spector thought about forming a girl group with her older sister Estelle Bennett and cousin Nedra Talley, and in 1957 the three of them formed the Ronettes.
The credit for taking this group forward goes to Ronnie Spector. Ronnie Spector continued to grow this group. While Phil Spector, a record producer, did his part in producing most of his recording output. Ronnie Spector married Phil Spector in 1968 but after four years both decided to separate. Ronnie Spector is particularly noted for the 1960s Ronettes hits “Walking in the Rain” (1964), “The Best Part of Breakin’ Up” (1964), “Baby, I Love You” (1963), “Be My Baby”.
Because Ronnie Spector played her role in these hit songs. Ronnie Spector also began a solo career in 1964 with the single “So Young”. Ronnie Spector expanded her fame after 1980 by releasing five studio albums. The names of those five studio albums were English Heart (2016), Last of the Rock Stars (2006), Something’s Gonna Happen (2003), Unfinished Business (1987), and Siren (1980).
