Pinterest sent us this email on September 29, 2022, at 9:04 PM i.e. our Pinterest account was suspended on September 29. We were terrified of the sudden suspension of our Pinterest account.
After this, we also sent an email to the Pinterest team on the same date at 9:35 PM in which we wrote that-
“Recently we created an account on Pinterest. We did not do any wrong thing on the account. We have not violated any of your rules. Please activate my account again.”
But the Pinterest team did not immediately respond to the emails we sent. On the day our account was deactivated, we went to Pinterest several times thinking that our account might have been activated now but it didn’t.
But on September 30, 2022, at 1:51 PM, the Pinterest team sent us an email. In the email, it was written that-
“Hi there,
We considered your appeal and decided to reactivate your account. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope to see you back on Pinterest soon.
If you have further questions, you can contact us through our Help Center.
The Pinterest Team”
When Pinterest sent this reply, we were relieved and as soon as we went back to Pinterest, we found our Pinterest account active.
